1. END OF SALE
   
   The offers proposed on the website will be valid as long as the related products are online and as long as the product is in stock.
   
   

2. FORMALIZATION OF THE ORDER
   
   Any order form signed by the customer through a click on ‘confirm order’ will constitute an irrevocable commitment that should be questioned only in the cases listed in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
   
   

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
   
   The contract will only become effective after an order confirmation made by IMCOLLECTIVE.

   The customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email to confirm the order including all the elements, such as the list of products ordered, the price, the date of delivery and transport costs.

   IMCOLLECTIVE reserves the right not to confirm the order for any reason, in particular related to the rules of purchase of products or any problem related to the order received.
   
   

4. PRICE (INVOICE)

   The prices are shown in Euros.

   The price set at the time of purchase does not include the delivery costs which are an extra. These costs will be indicated at the time of order confirmation.

   For a delivery within the EU, prices include the applicable VAT at the time of purchase. VAT is included in the price. Neither customs nor VAT costs should be charged on delivery within the EU. Any variation of the applicable VAT rate may affect the selling price of the product in the catalogue.

   In the event of delivery outside the EU, the customer will have to pay for customs duties, VAT or any other charges related to the import of products within the country of delivery.

   The customer is also responsible for related formalities except in other specified cases. The customer is solely responsible for verifying in which cases the ordered products refer to the applicable legislation within the country of delivery.

   The invoice will be issued by IMCOLLECTIVE. The customer must indicate the address to which the invoice must be sent.
   
   

5. PAYMENT

   The price is calculated when placing the order. The customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products (product price plus delivery costs) as stipulated on the website and also to pay, or arrange for someone to pay for the customs costs, VAT or any other import taxes of the product in the country of delivery, directly to the customs officer. The customer must pay for his order:

   By credit card through the Paypal system as proposed by the website; at the time of approving the order form, the customer guarantees to IM COLLECTIVE that it has all the necessary authority to use the method of payment by credit card.

   By cheque payable to IMCOLLECTIVE, and in case of failure to receive this cheque ten (10) days after IMCOLLECTIVE confirms the order or in case of rejection by the banking institution, IMCOLLECTIVE reserves the right to cancel the order.

   By bank transfer.
   
   

6. REGISTRATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

   When registering to use this website, the Customer will be asked to create a password. The Customer shall keep it strictly confidential, not disclosing it or sharing it with third parties. The Customer is totally and exclusively responsible for the use of his password as well as any orders made with it, even without his knowledge.

   In the case of Customers with registration, the necessary elements will be collected to carry out the entire commercial transaction online and to future contacts that need to be established, in order to ensure the best customer service.

   The Customer guarantees that the personal data provided is true and accurate, and undertakes to notify any changes thereto. ONCE THE ORDER IS PAID FOR AND THE ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE, IM COLLECTIVE’S AFTER SALES SERVICE WILL SCHEDULE DELIVERY WITHIN 15 (FIFTEEN) DAYS. IF THIS IS NOT CONVENIENT FOR THE CUSTOMER, A NEW DATE WILL BE AGREED UPON BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES.

IN ANY CASE AND BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER, THE BUYER MUST CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE PRODUCTS, AS PROBLEMS WITH THEM PASSING OR FITTING THROUGH DOORS, LIFTS, STAIRS, CORRIDORS OR AT THE PLACE OF DELIVERY ARE AT THEIR OWN RISK.

A JUSTIFIABLE REASON MAY BE GIVEN FOR THE DATE AGREED FOR DELIVERY TO BE ALTERED WITHOUT IM COLLECTIVE BEING LIABLE FOR THIS.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP: OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCT(S) WILL ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TO THE BUYER ON THE DATE ON WHICH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE SIMULTANEOUSLY FULFILLED:

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS TO THE BUYER.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

IN ORDER TO AVOID UNNECESSARY ENVIRONMENTAL AND FINANCIAL IMPACTS RESULTING FROM THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NO DEFECTS, WE ARE FULLY AVAILABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

PRODUCTS AND THEIR PACKAGING ARE CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION IF THEY RETAIN ALL THEIR ORIGINAL CHARACTERISTICS, SPECIFICALLY:

• DO NOT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF USE;

• HAVE NOT BEEN ASSEMBLED;

• ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING;

• KEEP ALL ORIGINAL LABELLING;

• ARE NOT DAMAGED OR DETERIORATED.

THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL BE CHECKED UPON DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS TO OUR WAREHOUSE.

THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IN THE INDICATED CONDITIONS IMPLIES THE LOSS OF THE RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION.

THE COSTS OF RETURNING THE PRODUCTS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

UPON RECEIPT AND VERIFICATION OF THE CONFORMITY OF THE RETURNED ITEMS, IM COLLECTIVE WILL REFUND THE VALUE OF THE PURCHASED GOODS, EXCEPT THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDED, WITHIN 14 (FOURTEEN) DAYS.

THE REFUND WILL BE MADE BY THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED IN THE PURCHASE, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.

THE PRODUCTS LISTED IN THE ORDER ARE SOLD SEPARATELY, AND THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO EACH PRODUCT INDIVIDUALLY.

IF IMCOLLECTIVE IS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCTS TO THE BUYER AFTER 6 (SIX) MONTHS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH IT MADE THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT, IT MAY DISPOSE OF THE PRODUCT(S) WITHOUT THE BUYER HAVING THE RIGHT TO REIMBURSEMENT OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

WARRANTY PERIOD

THE STATUTORY WARRANTY PERIOD WILL APPLY.

VARIATIONS IN MATERIALS USED IN HANDMADE PRODUCTS ARE NOT CONSIDERED DEFECTS, AND THE SELLER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ITEMS MADE OF NATURAL MATERIALS (SUCH AS WOOD, BAMBOO, STONE, LEATHER, RESIN OR SIMILAR MATERIALS) OR WITH HANDMADE FINISHES ARE EXACTLY THE SAME OR THAT THEIR CHARACTERISTICS DO NOT CHANGE OVER TIME.

THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR PERISHING OF THE ITEMS DUE TO THEIR USE AND MAINTENANCE BY THE BUYER.
